Meet The Panelists

Lisa C. Decker, CDFA brings a vast array of experience and talent to her clients operating as one of only 5,000 professionals in the U.S. and Canada that have received the prestigious designation of Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). In addition, she is one of an elite few in the country to hold the designation of Real Estate Collaboration Specialist in Divorce (RCS-D).  Lisa connects those who seek with those who serve, empowering people to move from just “surviving” to “Thriving!” Her endeavors are designed to inform, empower and inspire people to live their best life possible now and in the future.

Damon Bivek, Attorney and Founding Partner at Bivek, Brubaker and Prescott has clerked for the Supreme Court of Georgia, and is trained as a Guardian Ad Litem. He has served as the President of the Family Law Section of the Cobb County Bar Association, and on the Cobb County Bar Association’s Board of Trustees. He has organized several Continuing Legal Education events for Family Law practitioners in Georgia and regularly leads a Family Law Workshop at the Cobb County Superior Court for pro se litigants who need help resolving their family law disputes.

Tony Scarpero is a Certified Divorce Lending Professional and Branch Manager at Northpoint Mortgage, Scarpero specializes in identifying appropriate mortgage financing and real estate strategies for divorcing clients while being able to identify potential hurdles or opportunities with regards to real estate financing and potential tax or legal concerns as they pertain to real estate and divorce.  “In the complex world of real estate finance, every client has a unique scenario,” he explains, adding that having the foresight to anticipate and remove potential roadblocks in the transaction is critical to his success, as is utilizing the latest technology to streamline the process.

Pam Evans career began in Marketing and Advertising where she worked for some outstanding companies including Ogilvy & Mather Direct and CapitalOne, and eventually became a Partner in her own Direct Marketing Agency for 13 years. Always having a fascination with Real Estate she earned her license in 2009 and has been a full-time REALTOR for several years.  Pam is a Partner in Education with Forsyth County Schools and was the 2016 President of Women’s Council of Realtors – Atlanta Chapter. She also sat on the 2016 Atlanta Board of Realtors Board of Directors, and has several designations including CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
